Damon System® | Self-Ligating Braces

A popular brand of self-ligating braces, the Damon System utilizes a slide mechanism instead of elastics to hold the archwire in place, reducing the amount of pressure exerted on the teeth and allowing teeth to move more freely, quickly, and comfortably. Damon System treatment does not require the use of plastic or metal ties, and therefore requires fewer adjustments.

Benefits

  • No tightening, less discomfort

  • Requires fewer appointments

  • Discreet, comfortable, sanitary

  • Available in clear and metal

Treatment

While required treatment times vary for each patient, the duration of treatment with Damon System self-ligating braces is typically much faster than with conventional braces (on average six months faster).

Invisalign® | Invisible Aligners

One of our most requested treatment types, Invisalign has revolutionized orthodontic care by providing a low-maintenance, aesthetically-preferred alternative to braces. Invisalign uses 3D computer-imaging technology to create a series of comfortable, clear and removable aligners that straighten your teeth without the hassle and appearance of braces.

Benefits

  • No dietary restrictions (remove to eat)

  • No additional brushing/flossing maintenance

  • Very comfortable, no abrasions

  • Near-invisible appearance

Treatment

Patients using Invisalign are required to visit the office only every 6-8 weeks. Total treatment time typically lasts 9-15 months with Invisalign, and the number of aligners worn during treatment is usually between 18 and 30, although both durations will vary from case to case.

Clear Correct® | Invisible Aligners

An alternative to metal braces, Clear Correct is another type of invisible aligner. Each custom-made, removable aligner moves your teeth a little bit at a time until the desired result is achieved.

Benefits

  • Affordable invisible aligners

  • No dietary restrictions (remove to eat)

  • Very comfortable, no abrasions

  • Near-invisible appearance

Treatment

Patients using Clear Correct are required to visit the office only every 6-8 weeks. Total treatment time typically lasts 9-18 months with Clear Correct, and the number of aligners worn during treatment is usually between 18 and 30, although both durations will vary from case to case.

3M Incognito® | Lingual Braces

The term “lingual braces” refers to a type of orthodontic treatment where the brackets and wires are attached to the backside (lingual side) of the teeth, as opposed to the front or cheek side as with traditional braces. 3M is a leader in this technology and we are proud to offer our patients this highly discreet option.

Benefits

  • Completely invisible

  • 100% customized for you

  • Comfortable

  • Effective in fixing any smile

Treatment

Total treatment time typically lasts 6-18 months, with office visits about once a month. Both durations, though, will vary from case to case.

We also offer Metal and Ceramic Braces, still the most popular types of orthodontic treatment in the world. Metal braces are smaller and more comfortable than ever before – using high-grade stainless steel brackets and arch wires. With metal braces, you have the option to select colored brackets and ties.

Ceramic and other hybrid/clear braces straighten teeth yet have more visual appeal. Made from either a clear or tooth-colored ceramic material, these types of braces are much less visible and therefore often preferred for their aesthetic advantage. However, non-metal braces do require more attention to diet and oral hygiene to maintain proper care.
