Our new-patient process is easy and thorough, ensuring your unique needs are fully understood before providing a diagnosis and treatment plan.
Below are brief descriptions so you know what to expect each step of the way.
Upon arriving at the office for your initial exam, you’ll check-in at the front desk and complete all necessary paperwork. (To save time, you can download the necessary forms here and fill them out prior to your visit.) Then, you'll meet Dr. Hyduk for your initial exam. Parents are always welcome to accompany their children in private examination rooms.
During this 45-minute exam, Dr. Hyduk will thoroughly examine your teeth and begin to discuss potential treatment options available to you or your child. At this time we'll be able to provide an estimated cost for your treatment.
Your second visit to the office is used for the collection and analysis of complete diagnostic records, including X-rays, and/or digital photographs of your face and mouth. This appointment will take approximately 60 minutes. The information gathered through the review and evaluation of these records is essential for us to develop a high-quality, customized treatment plan.
With your exam and records complete, we will meet with you to thoroughly review your case and make a recommendation for how to proceed with treatment. The goal for this meeting is to provide you with all the information you need to confidently make a decision about your orthodontic care. At this time we will also review the various payment plans available for your treatment.
